The Service

Pixelift provides browser-based, AI-powered photo enhancement tools, including restoration, sharpening, colorization, and background cleanup. Features may change over time as we improve the service.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. You grant us a limited, temporary license to process your photos solely to deliver the enhancement you request. You confirm that you own or have permission to use any photo you upload.

Acceptable Use

• Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its infrastructure.
• Do not use the service to process images of other people without their consent where required by law.

Results & Availability

Enhancement quality depends on the condition and resolution of the original photo, and results vary from photo to photo. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Paid Plans

Some features may require a paid plan. Pricing, limits, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixelift shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
